I am planning on building a bass guitar. All I need to know is a good website to get a bass guitar neck. I just do not know where to tell a good website for parts, from a bad one. All of the sites i’ve seen have either very cheap necks–$ 20.00+, or very expensive ones–$ 400.00+.
Can someone please tell me where I could get a good neck for around $ 50.00, that still sounds and looks good.

I have bought several all parts bass necks and they are great. first rate quality and lots of choices. A 50 dollar eBay neck is gonna be problems. go with the all parts reasonable price and a warranty . they are also licensed by fender if that matters to you.

You won’t get a good neck for $ 50. You are looking for miracles. A decent neck will sell for $ 150 and still , it won’t be the best neck.
Cheapest affordable necks are maple with a rosewood fingerboard. Try to get a price on a Fender Squier Bass neck. That should be affordable since they are made in Mexico.
