Question by J: How to get a nice jazz sound on bass?
I have a jazz bass guitar, but it doesn’t really have that warm funky sound like basses in jazz songs. What effects or settings should I have to get a good sound on it?

Boost the lows and highs some more. Mess around with it until you find a sound that you like.
