I was just wondering what are the best quality Bass Guitars that are being sold, and how much would the Bass cost?

get the ibanez jumpstart pack, its a great way to start out for beginners.

If you are asking what the best quality basses are then Ibanez is not on the list. The best in my humble opinion are in no particular order Alembic, Status, Warrior, Zon, Lackland, Zadowsky, and Ken Smith. There are a lot of others as well like Fender and Tobias.
Now for the real question, what can you afford? If you are just starting out remove all the aforementioned basses from the list. They are going to start at around $ 1500.00 and go up to $ 30,000.00.
An Ibanez would be a good beginner bass as well as a Fender Squire, a Dean and a couple of others. Hope this helps.
