I have just bought a electric bass guitar from eBay should I learn it by books or proper teachers.

most on here will say teachers because you dont get the same hand on training.
but i learned how to play my guitar just by watching tutorials on youtube. so yeah what ever you feel is the best dude.

I say teachers. At least at first, so you have enough to go on to use the books to teach yourself.
My uncle is teaching me how to play bass guitar by showing my tabs and notes and things of that nature. So a mixture’s really good.
