PLEASE SUBSCRIBE : ) MESSAGE me if you have any questions! Capo, Picks, and Wireless Transmitter – All in one! Here’s a really quick cheap and cool way to play your guitar on an amplifier (even on your car radio, tailgating anyone?) using nothing more than a wireless guitar transmitter, a FM radio, and a few audio jack adapters. Easily works up to 15 ft. Professional wireless guitar transmitters can run up to 400 dollars, and this costs less than 10. Sounds like a pretty good trade-off to me.

Yea I’d say so. The volume is low that’s why the overdrive is necessary.

So say a bass with active (powered) pick ups would do pretty well with this since it would take away some of the static that passive pick ups would cause?

With this setup yea. The louder the amp the better it works. I had to have mine on overdrive to get better sound.

Yea I thought about that but didn’t know of any walkies-talkies that had those features.

#21
Written By GreekGadgetGuru on February 15th, 2013 @ 5:11 pm

I bought this and tried it out. I got way too much static when it was plugged into my guitar, but no static whatsoever when plugged into my mp3 player. Could that be due to low quality adapters? I had another idea where I would just add an Aux input/output to two Walkie-Talkies, would that work better than this?

so you can use distortion not just clean tone?

#24
Written By Guckenator on February 15th, 2013 @ 5:55 pm

i did this simpler, but they do need a simple transistor buffer to be up to proper level/quality…then they work fine without having to use a pedal/board etc…video response sent.. :)

Well, $250 for this guitar is an absolute steal, but most people aren`t going to find one for under $700.

Oh yeah? You can get a 000-15 for $250? I love my B-25. Check out my CAD Trion-8000 video to hear it in a recording.

For the same price you can get a new Martin 000-15 which absolutely smokes these small bodied gibsons..B-25`s are really not that great.
