How do you play, for example 4 diagonal dashes in common time with Ami7(b5) above the measure my guess is they’re chords but I can’t find any helpful things on the internet about bass chords

@TommyThe DioFan1. Hi. It may be true that the Bass may be easier to get a sound out of if you only play it in it’s most rudimentary form using Root notes, however it’s as hard to master as any other instrument

I’ve learning to read The ==d== notes from playing piano, but do I need to learn the 3-0-2 notes? I don’t understand them, can someone explain? Or post a link?

shit i knew all that i was hoping maybe it would have the tabs for all those notes. my new jazz book has no tabs and thats how i learnt to play

Every note in the musical alphabet. A A# B C C# D D# E F F# G G# A. Also known as the half step scale, 1 fret distance between notes.
What are chromatics? I’ve been trying to find a site/video that explains it and I;ve failed doing so. Could you explain it to me?
